For this lesson we went to the library to continue on our investigate stage. Firstly, It was a big challenge to get a computer that is free and working so therefore I wasted almost half an hour of mine waiting for a computer until one of my peers was ready to give me a computer. I didn't exactly know what to do in the product analysis so I went over to my friend and asked him. After he explained, I had understood the product analysis clearly and immediately got started off with. I was able to analyze two products by the end of the lesson. Since, I had not yet finished, I went home and continued. To get a helping hand I asked my client (my mum) to come over and have a look at the different products and give comments on them and did a small interview on what she exactly wants in her product. After that, I had a lot more to say than I did at the beginning about the products after the talk I had with my client. It gave me a lot of ideas and helped me analyze the products in different ways. Finally I was done with the product analysis. I got to learn a lot today and was able to develop my knowledge on fruit/vegetable racks. I also got many ideas on what I can add/ do to make my fruit/vegetable rack so it can be a excellent product and what I do not want to do. Finally, I was done with the most of the things in the investigate stage and all that was left now was the design specs, evaluation on resources and bibliography.
